Problem: Staff did not know or remember how to leverage company's purchased technology, resulting in a loss of time and funds. 

Solution: I created a Google Docs with step-by-step directions and images (screen captures) of the tools.  Each process has a timeframe for each task. 

Results: 20% decrease in staff inquiries.

Problem: Newly hired instructional staff needed to understand the 5E Instructional Framework to increase student engagement and critical thinking in their classes. 

Solution: Using AI, I created an application for new teachers to learn how lesson plan using the 5E model during their onboarding. Tool leverages a bot for users to engage with conceptually understand the instructional model and to build a lesson given a topic of the user's choice. 

Results: Tool helped to decrease onboarding time from 4 weeks to 2 weeks.
